It has also been speculated that Brad Pitt has had eye surgery to open up and smooth out wrinkles around the eyes. In addition, looking at older photos, there’s a noticeable difference in Pitt’s nose which suggests he  had also undergone rhinoplasty.
With all that being said, some critics even suggest Brad also had an ear job and a jaw surgery.

While critics may say that Mr Pitt, in his fifties, is no longer natural, he still looks nearly twenty years younger than his age. Taking a look at his younger photos and comparing them to more recent images, there really isn’t a huge difference in the texture of his skin.
