If you take a gander at those before and after pics, the man just looks far too young to be sitting at the age of 46 like he is. There is pretty good enough indication there to say that he more than likely had gotten facial fillers like Botox or Juvederm. At his age there is a typical a set of wrinkles that are always present in men. A couple of well known surgeons decided to make it their business and come out to state that McGrath had indeed employed Botox to stave of the ever impending wrinkles which would have ended up developing a, make him look around, oh somewhere around 46.
There is also been some circulations of rumors regarding an eyelid surgery and a Rhinoplasty. There definitely looks to be a definitive change in the shape of his nose. It can be said that as he is getting older, his nose looked as if it may have been getting a little on the bulous side. It looks like he had taken care of that along with a revamping of skin around his eyes.

His eyes certainly have had a little work, they had been looking a little on the tired side. There were fine lines and even some deep wrinkles that were circulating all around. His eyes look just look a lot fresher now and judging by the pics, the work which had been done looks like a pretty impressive session went down.
His face, overall looks a bit younger as well. It is really hard to say if whether or not that he had a full facial reconstruction done, afterall there has been no other speculations which have accompanied the other rumors. But there is an undeniable tightness and youth to his face that really looks to be a little more than Botox.
