What I liked about The Waterford at Virginia Beach assisted living was that everything was on the first floor. My dad loves the room, the facility, and the staff. They basically told us to go away. No long hallways to navigate, wide and brightly lit hallways with hand rails, and walk in showers in every apartment. They assisted my dad and mom in getting ready to come in and set up their room. The woman that I met with was very knowledgeable. It is a two-stories, so they have two sessions of meals.
