At this time we have submitted a replacement order for the complete patio set which is scheduled to be delivered today. Upon researching the company, it seems this is an ongoing quality control issue, as several other people have written reviews and complaints about missing hardware and poor customer service response. I made photos and emailed the company that day. The company intentionally sent out a damaged product without checking their inventory first and they sent out a damaged item to a the next customer.
